The Proof Is In The Data

As the saying goes, “What is measured gets better.” Through regular feedback from team members in our pulse surveys to the data we collect through talent acquisition, training and compensation programs, we learn where we are achieving our goals and where we need to improve.

We depend on our people to bring their skills, lived experiences, ideas, values and even their sense of humor to do our best work. No need to code-switch, cover up tattoos, or put on a 'corporate mask.' At OneDigital, being different is not a barrier to getting ahead.

- Elizabeth Chrane, Chief People Officer, OneDigital

"We have put a stake in the ground and for us, the days of ‘fit in to get in’ are over.

We continue to challenge ourselves and create an environment where everyone has an equal opportunity to grow and achieve career success without having to hide what makes them who they are."

- Kristen Eskew, VP of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging

Stephen Bradley
“When considering the future of my firm, aligning with a partner who invests in diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging was extremely important for me, and I found that in OneDigital. Bringing Bradley & Bradley to the OneDigital platform presented a strong opportunity for me and my team and I look forward to mentoring the next generation of advisors so that they can have the same opportunities that I have.”

Steven Scott Bradley

Principal, Senior Client Executive, OneDigital

Darrien Rogers
“I participated in the Multicultural Employee Resource Group (ERG) and the D.C., Maryland, Virginia (DMV) DE&I Committee to feel a sense of belonging. I wanted to find somewhere I could be myself and express my opinions, while making a difference. The Multicultural ERG and DMV DE&I Committee have allowed me to help foster insightful conversations and put on different programs to bring awareness to certain issues in different communities.”

Kristyne Fleenor
“It’s hard to put into words why I stay at OneDigital. If I drill it down to the very basic reason, it’s because I feel like I matter. I have worked for managers and team members that make you feel like you matter, but the company itself didn’t necessarily have that same mindset. OneDigital is different. I don’t just mean that I, as a person, matter but also that the work I do matters.”

Darrien Rogers
“You want to work for an employer where you belong. The sense of belonging is the key driver behind the efforts one takes for one’s family. Although OneDigital is a large organization, it does embrace its employees as part of One Family!”

Chief Investment Officer, OneDigital Retirement + Wealth

Spencer Whalen
“I see and feel OneDigital’s commitment to our people and our clients every single day. Since the very beginning of my time at OneDigital, I have always felt as though every voice has an opportunity to be heard—employees and clients alike. One example of this that I love to share is how my leader/supervisor taught me to stop calling her ‘my boss.’ My experience at OneDigital has been that a supervisor is here to lead, empower and grow their team knowing that we will be their legacy and OneDigital’s leaders for tomorrow.”

Spencer Whalen

Senior Business Development Executive, OneDigital Mid-Atlantic Region

Richard Lo
“In the wake of the Asian American attacks and shootings last year, I did not know how to process or respond to the violent acts that happened so close to where I had been born and raised. I resigned back to my ‘only one’ mentality, remained neutral, and blocked out negative feelings. What happened the next day is something I will always cherish and share with my children: My leadership, Managing Principal Orlando Neal and CEO Adam Bruckman, both called me directly to show their support and let me know that they were standing with me.”

Clinical Services Manager, OneDigital

Darrien Rogers
“OneDigital has proved to be an amazingly caring community of people. Ironically, I now support every leader that I interviewed with before starting with OneDigital and here, a year later, they have each maintained the same amazing caring gestures that they exhibited during my interviews. They continue to check in to see if things are going well. They call me for my input on projects. They include me on decisions with their teams. I love the care and I love the inclusion.”
