Reporting an Insurance Claim
Your insurance company will advise you on what to do and will assign an insurance adjuster to you. OneDigital has full-time licensed Claims Specialists who will follow up with you to resolve your claim promptly and act as an advocate on your behalf with your insurance company.
To report a claim during regular business hours (8:30 am – 4:30 pm, Monday – Friday), call 800-296-5722 or your local office listed at the bottom of the page.
