Overland Park, KS – October 28, 2025 — OneDigital, a nationally recognized insurance brokerage, financial services, and HR consulting firm, announced today that 25 of its advisers were named to the NAPA 2025 Top Women of Excellence.

Established in 2015, the NAPA Top Women of Excellence Award recognizes advisors who not only excel in their profession but also go above and beyond to drive progress within the retirement industry. This honor celebrates women whose outstanding contributions and dedication are making a meaningful impact on the field.

The list was decided on by a panel of judges who reviewed and scored nominees based on both quantitative and qualitative measures. The list was broken down into three categories:

• Captains: Individuals who are principals, owners, or team captains within their organizations
• MVPs: Non-producing licensed relationship managers focused on managing relationships and retention of clients
• Rising Stars: Rising top producers with less than 5 years of experience in the industry
