A Conversation About Inclusive Care and Gender Affirming Benefits

HR and People Leaders today have recognized and taken action to create an inclusive culture and work environment. However, companies can do a lot more work to help support and empower ALL their employees, specifically for transgender, non-binary, and gender expansive employees.
