A Message to Our OneDigital Customers and Valued Partners

*As of 3/30/20

As an organization, OneDigital’s mission and priority has always been focused on supporting our valued customers and providing peace of mind in times of need. Never has this commitment and responsibility been more important than now!

Like us, many of you are trying to understand how the COVOD-19 crisis will impact your business and your dedicated team members. We are encouraged by the recently passed federal stimulus package and are working closely to educate and help our clients understand how the CARES Act may be able to provide significant financial support to your business.  We will be providing regular updates, content and webinars to keep our clients informed and in position to take advantage of this powerful new legislation as it becomes operational.

Our primary goal is to support our valued clients and help you retain your most precious asset, your employees. All 2,000+ of our team members are working remotely. The “digital” part of “OneDigital” means we can ensure a continuity of business unmatched in the market because we are able to serve you from a completely remote and technologically robust environment.

We promise to stand as one by your side—no matter what the challenge. We are here for you.

The disruption that COVID-19 is bringing to our businesses, our communities, and our families—won’t last forever. We’re optimistic that we’ll get through it, together. Stay well, stay connected, and stay strong.

Sincerely,
Adam Bruckman

As I write this note, all 2,000+ of our team members are working remotely. The “digital” part of “OneDigital” means we can ensure a continuity of business unmatched in the market because we are able to serve you from a completely remote and technologically robust environment.

Like us, many of you are trying to understand how the COVID-19 crisis will impact your business and your dedicated team members. Whether you’re considering adjustments in your workforce, struggling to keep pace with insurance carrier offerings or understanding how changes in Federal legislation will apply to your organization—our team of dedicated benefits, human resources, compliance, retirement and wealth management consultants are ready to help. We promise to stand as one by your side—no matter what the challenge. We are here for you.

The disruption that COVID-19 is bringing to our businesses, our communities, and our families—won’t last forever. We’re optimistic that we’ll get through it, together. Stay well, stay connected, and stay strong.

A Message to Our OneDigital Customers and Valued Partners

*As of 3/17/20

We are clearly in an unusual and uncharted period in our country’s history. That said, the commitment of our 2,000 team members has never been stronger. Our focus is to continue providing the business, benefits, human resources and compliance leadership that you need. Due to the spread of COVID-19, our new normal is changing daily and we are continually adapting our business solutions and our operations as a result.
I personally want to ensure that every OneDigital customer is aware of how we are adapting, the new solutions we are making available and how you can rely on us during this time.

  • Our Teams Are Capable of Supporting You from an Entirely Remote Environment
We have made strides to continuously develop and evolve our business continuity plan to ensure our teams are well-positioned to meet your one-on-one consulting needs throughout the COVID-19 pandemic. While we have moved our operations to remote working environments (to support social distancing), 100% of our team members are fully functional and remain available to help you manage through this unprecedented business challenge.
  • OneDigital’s Coronavirus Advisory Hub
This resource on our website reflects the most pertinent information to a wide audience of employers, suddenly finding themselves in uncharted waters. From answering questions about state-by-state unemployment law changes to providing quick and easy resources available by download, the Hub can support HR and benefits managers as they address challenges related to this evolving situation.
  • Coronavirus Advisory Live and On-Demand Sessions
We have mobilized our advisory experts to lead weekly live sessions addressing your questions and preparing you for what’s next. Can’t make it live? Each session is available on-demand. This week’s event, Coronavirus: How Can Employers Manage This Fast-Changing Situation? will offer best practices businesses can take to protect employees and operations while simultaneously managing virus preparedness, response and risk management. Click here for more information.

Given the accelerated rate of change that this pandemic has brought, we, like you, find ourselves having to adapt continuously. Know that you have a partner in managing this change, and don’t hesitate to call on us for support.

Stay well and know that I sincerely appreciate the gravity of the current situation. Our 2,000 OneDigital team members are ready and willing to support you in any way that we can.

Sincerely,
Adam Bruckman

Like many of you, we are aware of the current coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic and have a plan in place to monitor, prepare for, and respond to any health or safety issue that may impact us. As the situation evolves, our priority remains the health and wellbeing of our employees, partners, customers and communities.

Our goal is to ensure all employees take the proper precautions to prevent exposure and the spread of the virus. To keep our customers informed during this time, OneDigital has developed a Coronavirus Advisory Hub that will provide up-to-date information on the services being offered by insurance carriers, such as waived copays for testing and telemedicine options, as well as documents our customers can use to develop their crisis plans, responses and communications.

In addition to encouraging our employees to monitor their health conditions closely, we are following proper protocols outlined by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and World Health Organization (WHO) and limiting business travel to ensure the safety of our employees, customers and the communities we serve.

At this time, our more than 90 offices around the country remain open to employees. In the event of an office closure, we have a remote work plan in place that allows 100% of OneDigital team members to work in their homes using their company-issued devices. We have been testing our remote capabilities as part of our greater business continuity plan and are well-positioned to meet the needs of our customers over the course of the COVID-19 pandemic.

We will remain vigilant in monitoring the status of all illnesses that could present a threat to our employees, business partners and communities. We appreciate your patience in this unfamiliar time and extend our sympathies and well wishes to those individuals who have been impacted.

For more information about the important steps we’re taking as a company in the wake of COVID-19, or to explore the services that are being offered by our carrier partners, visit our OneDigital Coronavirus Advisory Hub, or reach out to your local OneDigital advisory team.

Thank you,

Adam Bruckman
