This International Women's Day, we wanted to share a few of our female-centric statistics showcasing the significant impact women have on the business.
We've also tapped a few female leaders from across the country to highlight their stories and learn what it means to be a woman in today's workforce.
Being a female leader at OneDigital means being respected for your talent and celebrated for your differences.
— Shira Wilensky, National Practice Leader, Health & Wellbeing at OneDigital
At my core, I believe that we are better together and we have a duty to help one another. Women have a duty to help women and daughters. Men have a duty to help women and daughters. And dare I say it, women have a duty to help men and sons. While my level of success has been achieved through hard work and perseverance; my work ethic was modeled by my father who endured a job for 37 years that he didn’t love. Watching how my father and mother navigated the world with their high school level educations helped mold me into the college graduated, professionally accomplished woman that I am today. OneDigital’s values align with my own which is just one of the reasons I joined this impressive team. Values in action!
— Lisa Johnson, Senior HR Consultant, OneDigital Mid-Atlantic
I am proud and grateful to work for an organization that supports women in leadership. The time has never been better for women in business to raise their hands, seize opportunities, and see what they can achieve. I am thankful that OneDigital empowers us to put ourselves out there and help inspire others to be leaders.
— Emily Bailey, Managing Principal, OneDigital Hartford
I feel it is such a privilege to experience life as a woman but it is something else entirely to be able to work at OneDigital where my female intuition, sensitivity and insights are truly embraced and valued for the contributions they lend. As a woman and as a leader at my company I am inspired to live every day empowered and in the grace of the limitless opportunity I possess.
