Industry Veteran Christian Mango Joins OneDigital to Build on M&A Growth Momentum

ATLANTA – July 14, 2025 – OneDigital, an insurance brokerage, financial services, and HR consulting firm, today announced the appointment of Christian Mango as Senior Vice President of Corporate Development. Christian brings more than 25 years of financial services leadership experience to the OneDigital team and will lead efforts to expand and integrate OneDigital’s portfolio of retirement, wealth, and financial services solutions through strategic M&A efforts.

Mango joins OneDigital from Alera Group, where he served as Executive Vice President and National Practice Leader of Retirement Plan Services, in addition to leading Alera Investment Advisor Retirement Plan Services.

Since entering the financial services space in 2020, OneDigital has rapidly grown its retirement and wealth management business.
