Employer Notice Package

With increasing regulation, employers have more notice requirements to track than ever before. There are dozens of notices employers are required to provide to employees at varying times throughout the year – often at open enrollment, but not always.

To help ease your notice distribution process, OneDigital Health and Benefits has developed an Employer Notice Package that includes the health and welfare notices applicable to most group health plan sponsors and employers.

Our Employer Notice Package includes a summary chart followed by more detailed information outlining to whom the notice requirement applies, along with to which employees and when you must provide each notice, and a copy of the model notice.
