ENGAGE Chat: Using New Research Tools to Impact Organizational Performance, Engagement and Wellbeing

Have you ever wondered WHY there are such individual differences and/or the capacity to work productively amidst change or stress (like a Pandemic)?

This session is a must for anyone seeking to learn more! Join Sara Tarca and her guest, Dr. Michelle McQuaid, researcher and co-creator of the PERMAH Survey, for a candid discussion that will help employers to translate cutting edge research into actionable, useable worksite strategies. Did you know that positive psychology research demonstrates important distinctions between our ability to thrive (or not) amidst struggle? A review of the PERMAH survey will go beyond identification of the Pillars of Wellbeing, digging deeper into how these components impact outcomes for employers- related to individual, team and organizational productivity. Importantly, we’ll discuss tactics that go beyond the metrics, action steps that allow employees to continue to “work on” wellbeing while promoting greater engagement, efficacy and a supportive environment.

About ENGAGE Chats

This monthly Zoom “meeting” (conversation) is by invitation-only and is meant to engage a community of like-minded employers like you. It will provide a forum for idea exchange, commentary, Q&A, and brainstorming. Discussion may include topics such as wellbeing strategy, best practice vendor applications, data-driven program components, senior leadership objectives, mental wellbeing, empowered performance outcomes and other current benefit solutions.

Our Wellbeing Strategy Consultant, Sara Tarca, will moderate the session, offering topics to initiate discussions each month, bringing guest speakers, client testimonials, and providing best practice recommendations. In the past, you may have asked for fresh, creative ideas to engage your employees and promote their health and wellbeing, and this dialogue should provide a new resource to assist in this regard.
