HR Dive published their annual trend report for corporate wellness and included an article featuring OneDigital Hartford’s Managing Principal Emily Bailey in the article titled “To connect with millennials and Gen Z, know their story.”
She explores the impact of a multigenerational workforce on choosing employee benefits plans. Millennials entering the workforce have different tendencies and things they deem valuable when in the process of selecting their benefits packages. Employers will need to adapt their more traditional ways of offering plans to better suit the needs of a younger generation.
