Massachusetts Employer Advisory: MA COVID-19 Emergency Paid Sick Leave Guidance

On March 28, 2021, Governor Baker’s Massachusetts COVID-19 Emergency Paid Sick Leave ( MA EPSL) mandate went into effect. Many of the provisions are similar to FFCRA’s Emergency Paid Sick Leave, however, the MA EPSL is required by all MA employers, regardless of size, which naturally leaves employers with questions.
