Acquisition Continues Growth and Strengthens Market Presence Throughout Florida

ATLANTA, GA – September 27, 2021 – OneDigital, the nation’s leading insurance brokerage, financial services and HR consulting firm, announced today it has acquired GCD Insurance Consultants (GCD). This combination expands the range of products and services available to customers throughout the Southeast region.

Based in Tampa, Florida, GCD is an independent, owner-operated agency offering customized employee benefits, human resources and payroll administration solutions to organizations of varying sizes and industries. With the acquisition, 20 GCD team members and about 200 customers will transition to OneDigital. The firm’s three Principals, Steve Gionis, Rich Caulley and Josh Dillinger will join OneDigital in adjacent leadership roles.
