The Acquisition Expands OneDigital’s Growth in the Workforce Consulting Space

ATLANTA, GA – November 29, 2022 – OneDigital, the nation’s leading insurance brokerage, financial services, and HR consulting firm, has acquired Cognos HR, a professional employer organization (PEO) and human resources services firm with a rare combination of vision and expertise. Within nine months of entering the PEO industry with the purchase of Resourcing Edge, OneDigital is strategically expanding its PEO presence to the Chicago market and nationally by joining forces with Cognos HR.

Founded in 2015 by Robert Cerone and Mary O’Keeffe, Cognos HR is a full-stack human resource services firm and PEO that provides a range of human resources (HR) solutions to over 150 small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs).
