Acquisition Establishes Footprint in Ohio Market

ATLANTA, GA – January 10, 2019 – OneDigital Health and Benefits, the nation’s largest company focused exclusively on employee benefits and HR, has acquired The Alpha Group Agency, Inc. located in Independence, Ohio. Principals Kevin Mackay, John Wain, Jim Schade, Adrienne Vichill and Blair Larrance along with their team will continue serving the firm’s clients throughout Northeast Ohio and the country.

The Alpha Group works with clients across a range of industries and sizes, emphasizing client services and clear benefits assessments, using a strategic approach that focuses on specific needs. By joining OneDigital, the firm’s clients will have continued access to enhanced offerings including innovative enrollment technology, HR support tools, health and wellbeing experts and national compliance resources.
