National Firm Increases Visibility and Reputation in Southern California Market

ATLANTA – March 20, 2018 – OneDigital Health and Benefits, the nation’s largest employee benefits-only company, has acquired Trapani Dickins & Associates Employee Benefits and Insurance, Inc. (TDA), in Los Angeles, CA. The firm will become part of the OneDigital Southern California team and continue to provide clients with compliance resources and legislative updates, leading-edge technology, health and wellness plan design and HR support.

TDA specializes in a range of benefit offerings, including group health, dental, vision, life, short & long term disability, voluntary, worksite and cafeteria plans and insurance capabilities. By joining OneDigital, TDA will be able to offer an enhanced scope of resources and increase their capacity to assist their existing client base. Managing Principal Bart Dickins and his team of eight employees will continue serving the firm’s clients while expanding their compliance, member advocacy, technology capabilities and expertise in the Southern California region.
