Tom Wimer to Lead Human Resource Consulting Practice

ATLANTA, GA – April 22, 2020 – OneDigital, the nation’s leading strategic advisory firm focused on driving business growth for employers of all sizes, today announced the appointment of Tom Wimer as National Practice Leader of Human Resources Consulting (HRC). Wimer will lead the rapidly growing HRC line of business for OneDigital, as the company works to seamlessly integrate HRC services with the existing employee benefits and retirement/financial service operations across the country.

During his 30 years as a human resources (HR) professional, Wimer has counseled some of the world’s most respected companies, top federal government agencies and non-profit organizations on a variety of issues, including human capital management, organizational effectiveness and learning solutions. In 2016, Wimer and his firm, FahrenheitHR, joined OneDigital as the first HR consulting practice in the Mid-Atlantic region and has organically grown that business 250% in the 3.5 years since the acquisition.

With his passion, deep expertise and demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams of leaders across all segments of our business, we are pleased to elevate Tom to the role of National Practice Leader. Tom’s leadership has been especially impactful throughout this pandemic as he has built and mobilized our rapid response team of HR professionals across the country to quickly and efficiently address the thousands of urgent employer inquiries stemming from COVID-19.
