The past year has been an exciting time for OneDigital. A long-time industry leader, OneDigital has continued to strategically expand services to include benefits, Human Resources Consulting, Retirement Plan Consulting + Wealth Management, Property & Casualty, Professional Employer Organizations (PEO), and Medicare Advantage. Recognized for an award-winning culture, OneDigital partners with firms that share our values and vision for the future. In 2022 alone, nineteen acquisitions were completed across fifteen markets, eight of which occurred in the rapidly expanding western region.

Building Momentum

In July of 2022 we strengthened our integrated offerings with the addition of IntoBenefits, a full-service insurance, payroll, property and casualty, and retirement plan consulting firm in the California Bay Area and a leading brokerage in the Chinese American market.

Northern California also saw the largest HR acquisition in OneDigital history with the acquisition of Christine Mathews Consulting out of San Francisco and recent R+W growth with Praxis Consulting, a nationally recognized retirement plan consulting firm in Sacramento, California.

Shifting Focus

Strengthened by this recent Northern California growth, and supported by its existing Southern California presence, including the 2022 acquisition of Davidow Financial & Insurance Services, Inc., OneDigital now turns its attention to aligning with Property & Casualty firms in Southern California.
