OneDigital Furthers Commitment to DEI&B With New Leadership Role

Kristen Eskew Joins Corporate Leadership Team as VP of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging

ATLANTA – April 12, 2022 – OneDigital, a leading insurance brokerage, financial services and HR consulting firm, today announced the appointment of Kristen Eskew as Vice President of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging (DEI&B), effective immediately. In this role, Eskew will drive OneDigital’s DEI&B strategy, a strategic priority for the firm, and OneDigital’s global talent development strategy.

Eskew joins OneDigital’s corporate leadership team from the firm’s Mid-Atlantic region, where she spent the last two years in various Talent Acquisition & Business Development roles, driving organic growth and advancing the firm’s DEI&B recruitment efforts through in-region recruiting efforts. Throughout her tenure at OneDigital, Eskew served as a key contributor to the firm’s DEI&B Steering Council, a group focused on assessment and transparency, recruiting and hiring, social responsibility and giving, learning and coaching and overall inclusion at OneDigital. Prior to joining OneDigital, Eskew held various leadership positions for Consolidated Planning, and currently sits on multiple boards, including Youth Development Initiatives, Yellowbird Financial, Inc., and Neighborhood Hope. Eskew was recently honored as a Charlotte Business Journal 2022 Top 40 Under 40 Award recipient for her leadership, professional achievements, and ongoing involvement in the Charlotte community.
