Hartford Office Expands With Addition of Senior Consultant and Business Development Executive

With over 15 years of industry experience, most recently as director and client advocate, Silas will work with existing clients as well as develop new relationships in the market.

Silas will align employers with employee benefits programs that meet their goals and partner to create strategies that high performing business leaders need to compete in the market. In his role, he will help employers design short and long-term strategies that will mitigate healthcare costs along with supporting their multi-generational cultures.
