Acquisition of Falls Church Firm Continues Growth in the Mid-Atlantic Region

ATLANTA – Aug. 30, 2017 – OneDigital Health and Benefits, the nation’s largest employee benefits-only company, has acquired the employee benefits division of Jones, Mead & Associates (JMA) in Falls Church, Virginia. Principal, Robert Mead, and his team will continue serving the firm’s clients while expanding their capabilities, expertise and enhanced benefits solutions. The alignment will also provide them the opportunity to collaborate with other dedicated employee benefit and HR consultants.
