The pandemic turned the workforce on its head, and early data shows that women have paid the highest price in the transition.
According to the McKinsey & Co and LeanIn.com “Women in the Workplace” report, one in three women considered downshifting their careers or leaving the workplace in 2021 compared to one in four who said this a few months into the pandemic.
