OneDigital Managing Principal Kevin Reid Discusses Catering Benefits to a Multigenerational Workforce

In a multigenerational workplace, adopting a one size fits all policy won’t work.

RICHMOND – June 14, 2022 - While having different viewpoints, strengths, and skills among a workforce is a distinct advantage, it also brings a unique set of challenges when offering benefits packages. OneDigital Richmond’s Managing Principal Kevin Reid explains that for plan sponsors to implement workplace benefits that meet the needs of a multigenerational workforce, they must first understand what workers want. Reid notes that knowing what employees want can be the most challenging aspect for organizations.
