OneDigital Redwood City Increases Savings for SurveyMonkey, Promoting Decision to Extend Benefits

News story published prior OneDigital Health and Benefits acquiring i2i benefits and insurance services.

i2i benefits worked to help partner and tech company, SurveyMonkey, provide the San Mateo office’s third-party contractors with benefits.

i2i benefits was able to save SurveyMonkey 5% on their total benefits cost, allowing surplus funds to provide the support staff with benefits similar to those of their full-time employees. It’s a move in the right direction, when considering the increasing disparity between Silicon Valley’s distinctive labor forces exacerbated by the skyrocketing cost of living as detailed in the article, “SurveyMonkey Defies Silicon Valley Labor Caste System, Offering Contract Workers Full Benefits” published by CNBC.

This doesn't exist anywhere... No one else that I've worked with has even approached that as being an idea or any type of motivation for them to invest into contractors. This is what it means to be in this business and impact people in a big way. This is going to be a great impact on people that we know. We see them every day and how they're working with the SurveyMonkey team.
