Finding affordable and effective health insurance remains a continuing challenge for many individuals, families and small businesses.

OneDigital’s SVP of Regulatory Affairs and Reform Initiatives Annette Bechtold, and Chair of Legislative Council, for the National Association of Health Underwriters (NAHU) discusses the guidance her team provides to help both groups and individuals obtain the best possible insurance to meet their varying needs, in a recent radio segment “Time Out: National Association of Health Underwriters” by Bill Hendrickson, on WCOM-LP 103.5 FM.

Certain items are more pressing that need to be fixed and there seems to be universal agreement there. Obviously, the administration and both parties and the house are focused on the high cost of pharmacy and the opioid crisis and trying to make some change there. There’s been some work done around these areas and we’ll see where that goes."
