InvestmentNews Names OneDigital as Outstanding Practice Finalist

ATLANTA, GA – April 18, 2023 - OneDigital, the nation’s leading insurance brokerage, financial services, and HR consulting firm, announced today that it has been named an outstanding practice finalist in Investment News’ Diversity, Equity & Inclusion program.

The program highlights organizations within the financial services industry that are making strides in diversity, equity and inclusion with formal programs or by cultivating cultural practices. Honored for its commitment to transparency and inclusion, OneDigital was specifically profiled for its recruiting efforts. In an effort to fill the talent pipeline with industry newcomers who have a variety of perspectives and backgrounds, OneDigital filled 39 percent of its summer 2022 internship positions with individuals from underrepresented backgrounds. In addition, the firm publishes an annual report to encourage transparency on its DEI&B efforts.
