SBHRA Insurance Academy | The Post Pandemic Workplace Reimagined [California]
Current realities and unresolved workforce debates will provide a future of opportunity for HR professionals in this new decade. Previous opportunities such as large-scale recruiting efforts and retention initiatives were seemingly halted by the coronavirus pandemic in Q1.
The changes brought about by these uncertain times are not only disrupting the present-day workplace but will set a new normal in how employees and employers work, operate, and conduct business. To thrive in a post-pandemic environment, HR and business leaders must become champions of change and develop a more expansive view that focuses on a reimagined workplace.
Join us to explore how to be a champion of change in your organization by focusing on 4 key areas:
- Shifting to the Human Experience
- Powering productivity with People Adhesion
- HR strategy to shift technology into the driver’s seat
- The importance of employee benefits in a fast-changing workplace
