OneDigital Summit23: Heart & Hustle

OneDigital has had many memorable summits, but none of them have been quite like this.

OneDigital Summit23 was the largest conference to date, with over 1,000 team members gathering in Chicago for the occasion. Fortunately, there were many 2022 milestones to celebrate; last year, OneDigital added multiple new practice areas, including wealth management, property & casualty, and Medicare advance, onboarded over 1,000 new employees, won several prestigious awards for our fierce culture of caring, and celebrated exceeding our aggressive growth goals.

One of the highlights from the three days together included a Town Hall event with special guest speaker Mike Krzyzewski (better known as “Coach K”), who had an animated discussion with OneDigital President and CEO Adam Bruckman and treated the room to a few unforgettable anecdotes from his career.

       

 

Attendees also experienced a powerful presentation from Chief Growth Officer Mike Sullivan on the company’s future trajectory, a tech-forward panel discussion led by EVP of Operations Camry Blaising, and three stunning Bold Talks from OneDigital West Regional Associate Vice President Nicholle Trugman, Vice President of Corporate Development Tina Sparrow, and OneDigital Northeast Senior Benefits Consultant Kevin O’Connor.

     

The theme of Summit23 was Heart & Hustle, which perfectly encapsulated the formula behind the surging successes of the last year. Though the company has scaled up dramatically, we are still blessed with the same caring, dedicated, and resilient culture that has characterized our business for 23 amazing years. The Heart & Hustle theme centers around how OneDigital’s role in transforming the industry starts with a desire to do better. By working with relentless compassion, we can set a new standard that will propel employers, individuals and the entire industry forward.

Of course, the event was about more than simply celebrating the last year. We leveraged this opportunity to learn from our peers, better understand client pain points, and unpack the strategies that led to our biggest wins last year. After dozens of informative breakout sessions, several powerful mainstage presentations, and thousands of impromptu conversations, we are now better positioned to serve our customers than ever before.

During Summit23, we demonstrated what it means to care for your employees, take an active interest in their growth and wellbeing, and become an employer of choice that can get things done. As we continue to blaze new trails and lead our industry in 2023, we know that continued success is predicated on practicing what we preach.
