How to Keep Your Top Talent with a Competitive Rewards Package
The last thing an employer wants is to lose their top talent. But recent studies show that over half of U.S. workers have left their jobs after finding better benefits offerings elsewhere. With employee benefits making up approximately one-third of total compensation cost, organizations must strategically select benefits to maximize their return on investment and retain their top talent. Offering a diverse benefits package so that employees can self-select the benefits that make sense for them has proven to be an effective recruiting and retention method.
