Meet Kristin (Kotval) Parenti, Senior Benefits Consultant from OneDigital Northern California.

At our annual Retention and Growth Summit, we asked Kristin to explain her "why." Hear what she has to say about OneDigital's culture and the reason she enjoys her work.

I have many reasons "why" but if I had to pick one, I would choose my family. I get up every day, work hard, and thrive for my family. It is important to share my success with my family and give them the life they deserve. It is rewarding to be a consultant and advocate for my clients especially for those clients who have employees with families just like me.
 
Health insurance can be a difficult topic to understand and I feel lucky to be able to educate people at many different levels on the importance of their health benefits, how to use them, and how to determine the benefits are best for them and their family's specific needs. Being an insurance consultant and advocate takes a special type person and I am honored that I have the opportunity to educate individuals and organizations on the importance of health benefits at the consumer level.
