Jeff Post, R.Ph. is the Chief Clinical Officer for OneDigital Pharmacy Consulting | RxConnection. Jeff oversees the Clinical Risk Management program, which includes clinical diagnostic reporting, plan education, PBM custom programming, clinical auditing and plan sponsor decision support.
Jeff has over 20 years of diverse experience in pharmacy benefits, pharmacy operations, 340b, and health systems supply chain management. Prior to consulting, Jeff managed ten outpatient pharmacies, LTC pharmacy, home infusion, and physician supply chain as a Director at a large health system.

Michael Shanahan has served as Chairman, President and CEO of HM Employee Benefits and Risk Management (HM), a OneDigital Company, since 2004. Ms. Stout was elected President of National Association of Plan Advisors in 2019.
