About the Event
The Consumer Coverage Disclosure Act became law in Illinois on August 27, 2021.
The Act requires an employer to compare its medical coverage against Illinois’ list of essential health benefits (EHB) and disclose this information to its Illinois workforce. The disclosure’s purpose is to help employees make informed decisions about whether coverage through their employer or in the individual market will best meet their needs.
Register today for our upcoming webinar on Wednesday, February 16th, where we will provide an overview of the new Consumer Coverage Disclosure Act and discuss what it means for employers in Illinois.
We'll bring you up to speed on a variety of things you'll want to know about the new law, such as:
- What is the Consumer Coverage Disclosure Act
- How it impacts employers in Illinois
- Who this law applies to
- The ten Essential Health Benefits (EHBs) employers must provide
