Jack Hamilton, Former Executive Pastor at High Desert Church Victorville

Jack is the former Executive Pastor for 35 years at High Desert Church in Victorville, California. He’s been on staff for over 36 years, has seen the church grow from under 200 to 10,000 people with four church sites in the High Desert, and currently serves as a Mentor Pastor for Transformations Ministries working with 10 Senior Pastors in the Inland Empire.  He’s served on a number of non-profit boards, including Forest Home Christian Conference Center, Association of Christian Schools International and American Baptist Churches of the Pacific Southwest.  He has also served as a public school board member for Hesperia Unified School District for 19 years in a district of nearly 22,000 students.  Jack has also served on the board of directors for the Hesperia Recreation and Park District and a church plant, Fellowship Monrovia Church. Jack and his wife, Linda, have been married for 49 years and have 3 adult children and 5 grandchildren.

Steven Bush, Chief Executive Officer at Kingdom One

Steven loves to see Jesus made famous through the effectiveness of healthy and thriving ministries! His background includes working in HR and Operations in the retail, human services and high-tech entertainment industries. In his last marketplace role, Steven served as the Corporate HR Manager supporting the Chief Talent and Strategy Officer and Chief Legal Officer of Activision Blizzard. God called Steven out of the marketplace to serve at his local multi-site church as the Business Administrator, where he has spent the last five years in ministry leading the Shared Services functions of High Desert Church in Victorville, CA.

Treena Meyers, Trustee at Ministry HealthPlan

Treena Meyers is an HR Professional with over 25 years of experience in all aspects of Human Resources Management, Development, Leadership, Training, Conflict Resolution, Employee Engagement, Team Design and Development. With over 14 years of church ministry experience she has designed and led teams to obtain ministry goals while always maintaining that people are God’s most valuable resource.

Treena serves as the Regional Campus Chaplain for Azusa Pacific Seminary in San Diego and is an adjunct professor for Azusa Pacific School of Nursing. In addition, Treena is the Human Resources and Volunteer Management Director for the Fleet Science Center and Chief Financial Officer for the Branch College.  She is also a certified WorkStyle Patterns®  and Situational II Leadership and Strengths Deployment Inventory Facilitator.

Treena earned her Masters of Divinity from Azusa Pacific and is currently pursuing her Doctorate of Ministry. She is skilled and passionate about serving church leaders in the design and development of teams to create healthy churches.

Anson McDaniel, Principal, Client Executive at OneDigital Health and Benefits

Anson is the Practice Leader for One Digital’s Faith-Based Division.  He started his insurance career in 1983 and specializes in creating innovative and cost-effective employee benefits for churches and ministries.  He will be the lead in coordinating One Digital internal team members to support and fully serve your ministry organization.  He specializes in contract negotiations, strategic benefit plan design, new business development, executive consulting, and service management.  Anson has been married to Beth for 38 years and together they have three adult children and seven grandchildren.

Ben McDaniel, Client Executive at OneDigital Health and Benefits

Ben is one of the Practice Leaders for One Digital’s Faith-Based Division.  He started his career in the insurance industry in 2002 and relishes the challenges of creating innovative and cost-effective employee benefits for church and ministry organizations.  He will be the lead in coordinating One Digital internal team members to support and fully serve your ministry organization.  He specializes in contract negotiations, strategic benefit plan design, new business development, executive consulting, and service management.  Ben loves spending time with his wife and three daughters and also enjoys playing golf and rooting for the Broncos and Rockies in his free time.
