A startling 86% of employees are unable to define the basic terms that make up a health plan.
After all these years of communicating benefits, how can this be possible? Simply put, traditional once-a-year benefits communication don’t work. In this webinar, we’ll review a simple four-phase framework to support open enrollment throughout the year. We’ll review examples of content and discuss the 26 touch-point approach for creating an engaging, year-round benefits education program that:
• Improves employee perception of the value of their benefits
• Equips them to use care correctly
• Reduces “hair on fire” issues
• Integrates wellness and other related topics
The presenter, Vlad Gyster, has 12 years of experience helping companies like Fujifilm use mobile, gamification, and other technologies to capture employee attention and drive behavior. After co-founding Willis Towers Watson’s social media practice in 2007, he went on to launch Airbo, a Benefits Communication Platform. In 2016, Vlad was named a Top 50 Benefits Technology Innovator by Employee Benefit News.
