While the COVID-19 vaccine provides employers and employees with the hope of returning to a pre-pandemic world, it doesn’t come without its fair share of questions.
Can I require employees to get the vaccine? What if they don’t? Can we incentivize and pay employees? What policies do I need to consider? Do I need to pay for an employee’s time to get the vaccine?
