Jeff oversees the Clinical Risk Management program which includes clinical diagnostic reporting, plan education, PBM custom programming, clinical auditing, and plan sponsor decision support. RxConnection strives to enhance the PBM performance and drive cost effective drug utilization.

Jeff has been in the insurance/employee benefits arena for over 23 years, with the majority of his career in various underwriting leadership roles for a number of health insurance carriers. He brings expertise in risk analysis and management, underwriting and pricing, alternative funding arrangements, creative benefit designs driving value based care, and wellness and consumer engagement strategies. His intimate knowledge of insurance carriers’ underwriting and pricing practices drives negotiation leverage on behalf of his clients.
