Becky Cantieri

Chief People Officer | Momentive

Becky Cantieri is Chief People Officer at Momentive (formerly SurveyMonkey). She joined the company in 2011 and drives its candidate and employee experience. Previously, she spent over 11 years at Yahoo in various HR leadership roles. At Yahoo, she was HR partner for the advertising product group and search and marketplaces organizations and HR partner to the CMO and sales/marketing organizations. She also spent eight years on M&A and held multiple roles in talent acquisition. Before Yahoo, Becky was at Nordstrom for eight years in sales, customer service and HR. Becky received a B.A. in public administration from San Diego State University and an M.B.A. from San Francisco State University.

Cassius Conliffe

Global Head of Total Rewards | Momentive

Cassius Conliffe is the Vice President of Total Rewards at Momentive. In this role, he is responsible for the strategy, design, and execution of all employee and executive rewards programs globally. Before joining Momentive in September 2020, Cassius served as Global Head of Compensation for Boeing, where he was responsible for executive compensation, broad-based compensation, performance management, and recognition programs worldwide.

Prior to Boeing, Cassius served as Senior Vice President of Total Rewards for SunTrust Banks, where he established and led the internal consulting team responsible for designing and advising business leaders on executive and broad-based reward solutions. Cassius also has an extensive background in management consulting from his roles as a Senior Consultant and Regional Practice Leader in the Sales Force Effectiveness and Rewards practice at Towers Watson, and from his independent consulting work.

He began his professional career as a Marketing and Account Manager at a start-up automobile manufacturer in the San Francisco Bay Area. Before leaving the workforce to pursue a full-time MBA, Cassius was also a Human Resources Manager and Process Design Consultant for the Internal Revenue Service in San Francisco, CA. Throughout his career, Cassius’ work has been focused on helping organizations improve and sustain business performance through people – and spanned executive, sales, and broad-based compensation and benefits; business strategy consulting; job and organization design; organization effectiveness assessment; mergers and acquisitions; performance management; talent management; and change management.

Cassius graduated with honors from San Francisco State University with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and earned a master’s degree in Business Administration from UCLA, with a concentration in Business Strategy.
