Alicia began her career in risk management casualty at Marsh Saint Louis, where she gained foundational knowledge and skills in the field. Subsequently, her dedication and expertise quickly propelled her into client management within Marsh’s National Brokerage practice. In this role, she was responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of clients, ensuring their risk management needs were met with precision and care.
Her career continued to advance as she moved into the multi-national Client Services practice as an Assistant Vice President. Here, Alicia focused on delivering innovative insurance programs and risk management solutions to Fortune 100 global clients. This position allowed her to develop a deep understanding of the complexities involved in international coverage placements, further enhancing her expertise in the field.
Moreover, Alicia’s proficiency extends to the merger and acquisition practice, where she honed her skills in integration planning. Her ability to navigate the intricacies of mergers and acquisitions has been instrumental in her success. Consequently, she joined OneDigital as a Risk Management Consultant, where she focuses on large, complex risks. In her current role, Alicia leads OneDigital’s Private Equity, Mergers, and Acquisitions Practice, managing due diligence, coverage placements, and transactional insurance.
As the lead service contact on her Property & Casualty accounts, Alicia is responsible for the day-to-day risk management strategy, marketing, coverage analysis, policy review, maintenance, and administration of the program. Her extensive tenure handling international insurance placements and managing private equity due diligence, combined with her institutional knowledge, fresh thinking, proven expertise, and competitiveness, continue to be extremely valuable to the companies she serves.
