She holds a degree in Organizational Development and has more than 15 years of consulting experience which spans national and international healthcare, insurance, and financial services. Prior to OneDigital, Amy managed a team of learning professionals at Capital One, and before that, worked for Independence Blue Cross integrating the decentralized learning teams and systems into a centralized university. She spent her early career developing and facilitating leadership and manager development programs building organizational capabilities to enable HR processes and proven practices.
