Her responsibilities have included processing payroll with commissions, garnishments, overtime, and other compensation needs for clients with hundreds of employees in various states. August has also managed critical functions of HR including but not limited to employee onboarding, terminations, benefits coordination, recruiting, and developing, analyzing, and generating reports on HR and payroll KPI’s. Her work ethic, attention to detail, and customer service oriented cheerful disposition make her a welcome and valuable addition to the team.
