Bob Levy is the Managing Principal at OneDigital Tennessee, leading a team of experienced employee benefits consultants who create a greater value for employers by providing both an understanding of the local landscape and access to sophisticated technology and resources of a powerful national firm.

Bob has more than thirty years of experience in the benefits industry. Prior to joining OneDigital, after more than a decade with a national carrier, Bob founded Paradigm Group in 1996 with the vision of providing customized, strategic benefits and retirement plan solutions. He expanded his agency to become the largest independently owned benefits consulting firm in Middle Tennessee, and successfully partnered with leading employers in Nashville’s business community for more than twenty years.

Bob received a bachelor of arts degree in economics from the University of Virginia and a master’s degree in health administration from Duke University. He earned the designation of Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) through the International Foundation of Employee Benefits Plans and the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

We help clients implement and optimize their benefit plans. We do this by advising clients not to buy too much insurance, counseling them how to avoid IRS penalties, and becoming the advocate for their employees' benefit issues so they don't have to. OneDigital has multiple locations in Tennessee, including Memphis and Knoxville.
