With over 20 years of industry experience, Carrie provides quality client service on the Enterprise team while developing a strategic direction for their business operations.
Carrie’s vast industry experience and strong vision, leadership and communication skills will allow her to effectively lead the small business client service teams in the Northeast and Midwest regions. In her role, she will also oversee all growth and retention initiatives within these two regions. Before joining OneDigital, Carrie was Vice President of Workforce Health Operations for Ovation Benefits prior to being acquired by OneDigital Health and Benefits in 2013. Following the acquisition, she founded Karelia Health; a company focused on corporate wellness programs. Most recently, Carrie served as CT Employee Benefits Operations Leader with USI Insurance Services.
