Dawn serves as a senior advisor for large group clients at OneDigital. In this role, Dawn is responsible for the day-to-day client relationship and execution of the client strategy. Specifically, she drives the execution of the tactical initiatives associated with the strategy, she resolves issues as they arise, she manages the open enrollment and communication process, and she manages the various vendor partners.
Dawn has been in the healthcare industry for more than 25 years. Prior to joining Ovation, Dawn was an Account Executive and Assistant Vice President at USI Insurance Group; a Senior Account Executive at Kaiser Permanent; and a Senior Account Manager at ConnectiCare. Dawn earned a BS in Healthcare Administration and Planning from the University of New Hampshire.
