Donnie Marcontell is a Senior Client Executive with OneDigital Health and Benefits, a national agency with experienced, local employee benefits advisors who create greater value for employers and inspire individuals to become more engaged healthcare consumers.
Donnie begain his career in the medical insurance business in 1991 as an independent broker. He steadily grew his book of business specializing in employee benefits, with client relationships spanning over 20 years. He serves employers of any size with a focus of those between 25 and 1,000 insured employees, across many industries. Prior to joining OneDigital, he merged his business with Ebenconcepts Company in 2006 and then later created a small, boutique-style firm in 2016.
He is an Employee Benefits Advisor certified by the Health Rosetta Institute, which is an open source community of advisors, medical providers and innovators committed to changing health care’s status quo. This certification requires complete transparency, expertise in key areas/strategies, and adherence to valid cost and outcome measurement models.
He resides in Southlake, TX with his wife and two children.
