Doug Dalziel is a Principal and Senior Client Executive for OneDigital Pacific Region. With over 20 years of experience, Doug has worked with hundreds of California-based companies to ensure that their employee benefit plans maximize employee satisfaction while controlling costs. His expertise is in assisting businesses by evaluating, designing, implementing and communicating cost-effective employee benefit programs. Doug was hired by the city of San Francisco to provide expert insurance advice in the creation and defense of Healthy San Francisco. He has also served as an executive officer for the Greater Bay Area Health Underwriters and currently serves on numerous insurance advisory panels.
Doug’s credentials include degrees in Economics & Political Science from U.C. Davis and the following financial service and insurance industry designations: Chartered Healthcare Consultant (ChHC), Registered Employee Benefits Consultant (REBC), Register Health Underwriter (RHU), Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC) and Certified Life Underwriter (CLU).
His mission is to empower and help employers and employees navigate the complexities of benefits and guide individuals to become better healthcare consumers.
