Enid Santiago Santos, MBA, SHRM-SCP, provides proactive and high-quality human resources support in a client service environment leveraging proven best practices to organizations seeking relevant, strategic, creative, and innovative HR solutions that align with their organization and business needs. In this role, Enid is responsible for leading the development, execution and monitoring of HR goals, objectives, and systems on behalf of clients.
Enid is an HR professional with 14 years of progressive experience in multiple industries, the last five being in the nonprofit sector. Prior to this role, Enid was an HR Manager/Director for various nonprofit organizations serving as a strategic partner to senior management. She was responsible for all HR functions including compensation, compliance, organizational development, employee relations, benefits administration, and more. Enid also served as an HR Consultant/VP of Florida Operations for a consulting firm where she provided HR expertise to multiple clients with a wide variety of needs, including compliance, audits, onboarding, HRIS and payroll systems, employee relations, investigations, and other human capital and admin areas.
