As a Senior Benefits Consultant, Gina utilizes over 20 years of experience in the employee benefits industry to support employers with fresh, innovative solutions as they look to build competitive benefits and cost-effective solutions for their employees. Gina is passionate about equipping employees with an in-depth understanding of their health benefits, ultimately giving them the peace of mind that comes with feeling prepared.
Her experience working from multiple sides of the health and benefits “table”, first in human resources, then in national accounts management for a leading insurance carrier before moving in to the insurance broker industry, has allowed Gina to develop a unique understanding of the needs and challenges employers face with providing benefits to their employees.
Gina is a graduate from Assumption College in Worcester, MA with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Psychology. She holds a producer’s license for Health and Life/DI, including ancillary.
