Heather joined the OneDigital team in September 2013 as an Account Manager, serving a dedicated block of customers with their employee education, billing, and implementation needs. In August 2017, she transitioned into a new role of Senior Manager of Communications. Her responsibilities included identifying opportunities and implementing strategies for employee benefits communication, developing and executing customized communication strategies and employee education plans, and researching employee communication best practices, vendors, tools, and solutions in the marketplace. In April of 2020, Heather was promoted to National Practice Leader of Member Engagement and Communications, serving the OneDigital family across the country with strategic employee-facing communications, vendor recommendations, and campaign creation.
A native of Columbus, Georgia, Heather earned a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Georgia in 2004. Her background includes fourteen years of benefits experience, including proposal generation, research and resolutions of claims and administrative concerns, and account management.
