Holley began her career as a licensed insurance agent in individual sales in 2001 and shortly thereafter joined MRCT in 2002. She is involved in all phases of benefit plan management including plan design, underwriting, project management, employee communication and plan administration. In January 2013, MRCT established Missouri’s first multi-carrier private exchange, SmartBenefits Marketplace™, naming Holley Maher as president and in 2014 Holley joined MRCT as a partner. Holley is a member of the Workplace Benefits Advisory Board, and a recognized and featured industry speaker. She has served on Anthem’s Producer Advisory Board, has also participated in other industry and community boards and served on the board of the St. Louis Association of Health Underwriters (SLAHU). In October 2015 she was selected by Employee Benefits Advisor as one of The Most Influential Women in Benefit Advising. Holley graduated in 2001 from Greenville College and currently serves on the board with Greenville’s Briner School of Business.
