Jade Wilds is Managing Consultant for OneDigital Ohio. Jade is responsible for the strategic direction, vision, and growth of the Arch Care Alliance along with small and midsize market segments. As a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in the insurance industry, Jade excels in a team environment.
Before joining OneDigital, Jade was at The Ashley Group, climbing the ranks from Senior Account Manager to Account Executive and a member of the leadership team in three short years. She continues to hone her skills in client collaboration, strategic direction, and industry ethics, along with peer-to-peer management and company growth. Jade’s background includes being a founding member of a small niche insurance agency in Ohio, helping grow it from a one room shop to a million-dollar operation with over 16 employees.
Jade’s passion is creating and nurturing relationships with her clients and team members. She loves empowering others to reach their potential. Jade is the proud mother of Aiden, who is a top high school football player in Ohio, and Alana who is an experienced equestrian.
