Today, Jeff has a mission and a bold vision for OneDigital to become the most technologically advanced and digitally-enabled sales organization among our peers. Jeff believes the promise of data and technology should ultimately be in the producer's service driving greater productivity and effectiveness. In his role, he will ensure we develop innovative and digitally-enabled prospecting and sales strategies to drive industry-leading organic growth performance. His work will also support sales leaders and producers with simple, effective tools and real-time data to ensure we all have a strong business command.
Jeff has over 20 years of experience in the employee benefits arena, including several leadership positions at Benefits Consulting Group, LLC and Kaiser Permanente.
Jeff has a bachelor's in marketing from Hope College in Holland, Michigan and an MBA with a concentration in finance from The University of Connecticut.
